Couple seeking tranquility
The room was beautiful, well-appointed with a fine view of the lake and mountains. One of my favorite touches was the little breakfast pots Hannah made for us each morning. They really added to the experience ,, such a tiny detail but was good.
A bit pricey, but honestly worth it for the experience.

The beautiful gardens and fine views make for a amazing atmosphere, and the room's spaciousness coupled with its cleanliness is a standout. Enjoying breakfast with a view is an experience you won't forget.
The distance to town wasn't ideal, especially on a rainy night. The accessible bathroom shower design, while practical for some, presents a challenge for taller guests due to its low height.

Its location in city center was peaceful and ideal. And we were very close to New Zealand's beautiful South Island and Te Anau town centre and a pretty garden and lake and mountains in the background.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with a fantastic location and glorious view of the mountains. Location near to particular Te Anau and the main bars and restaurants and trips to local attractions like Doubtful. Also, down to the lakefront. Interesting design of interiors in a double room.

A good stay by the lake
Staying at Dunluce Boutique B&B was a breath of fresh air. Waking up to the aroma of homemade breakfast pots made each day nice. Hannah's warm hospitality and cozy decor created a blissful atmosphere. You can easily explore Te Anau's beautiful surroundings and return to a serene refuge.
A slight adjustment in height would enhance the experience for all visitors.

The afternoon tea at Dunluce was pure bliss, with Hannah crafting delicious homemade treats. Plus, the room's cozy vibes were paired brilliantly with fine views of the mountains and lake.
Honestly, it's hard to find fault-maybe the only slight quibble is wishing I could've stayed longer? But even that hit like just a fleeting thought amid all the splendor.

Parking fees are an unnecessary expense!!! The accessible bathroom shower design could use some height adjustments for taller individuals!!! It would be nicer if the common areas offered a little more variety in seating options!!!
